Does AVELKIDS show where my child is?

No. The labels have no battery, GPS or transmitter. A code does nothing until someone chooses to scan it.

Will a stranger learn my child's name?

No. The finder page never shows the child's name. The caption on the label is optional; we suggest a design or nickname, never a surname.

What does the person who scans the code see?

Only the item name, e.g. "winter jacket", and a form to say where they found it.

How does the finder get my number?

From the text they send themselves. Their phone texts your number, so you both see each other's numbers. You can call back or use the chat.

How do I know the text is not a scam?

The text includes the code and the item name from your Wardrobe, which you can check in the app. We never ask for passwords, card details or transfers. Do not pay anyone to return an item.

Do you store a location?

Only one place where the item lies, and only if the finder presses "Add place from phone".

What about the AirTag holder?

You buy the AirTag separately from Apple. Apple, not us, shows its location on your phone. We have no access to it.

How do I delete my data?

Switch off the code in the Wardrobe or write to sklep@avelkids.pl and we will delete the account and Wardrobe.
